To be able to use our products and services, users must be of legal age and must agree to our terms and conditions.

I. Definition of Terms

  1. This document and everything that is stated serves as the agreement.
  2. Terms such as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us” refer to AwardedEssays.com, owners, staff, and anyone affiliated with the company.
  3. Terms such as “Customer,” “User,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person who wants to avail of our services by inquiring and placing an order.
  4. Our Messaging System serves as the direct tool for uninterrupted communication between our support agent or writer and the customer.
  5. The term order refers to any request for or authorized purchase of AwardedEssays’ products and services. The progress of the said order is indicated in the Order Status.
  6. The Product refers to the final outcome of the order that is a downloadable digital document custom written and delivered to the Customer’s account that follows all the requirements set by the customer.
  7. Product Revision refers to the editing of the final form of the purchased product, following the preliminary requirements requested by the Customer.
  8. AwardedEssays.com has other different departments: The Quality Assurance team is in charge of checking for the quality and final assessment of all products and services. While the Customer Support department is in charge of assisting the customer for the whole duration of the process from inquiries and placing an order, to the delivery of the final product.
  9. For the protection of the company, we conduct a verification process and ask customers for confirmation regarding their identity, billing information, and authorization of every transaction to avoid fraud.
  10. Our writers are employed by the company to provide all requested services by customers such as writing, research, revisions, proofreading, and editing all orders according to company procedures.

II. Registration Process and Placement of Orders

  1. An order is placed by completing the form provided by AwardedEssays during the application process. Products are processed according to the request and requirements of the customer indicated on the order form. It identifies the scope of work, product details, terms of delivery, and deadline. Customers are responsible for providing us with complete details regarding their order.
  2. The Customer must register by providing the Company his/her personal information such as name, contact number, email address, and country of origin in addition to the Order form. Should there be any changes during the process, it is the duty of the Customer to update the company of such changes.
  3. All information provided by the customer will be included in the profile created by the company. We only allow one profile or account per customer, which the customer will use to communicate and transact business with the company. The company will delete profiles of any customer that has been discovered having multiple accounts. Only the first account used during the first purchase shall be considered.

III. Order Payment

  1. The payment for the Product is calculated according to the Company’s pricing and should be paid in advance. The Company starts to process the Order only after the payment for the Product is made and is authorized.
  2. The Customer can provide payment in instalments, when requested, as long as the following terms are followed:
  • The price of the Order should be $500 (USD) or higher
  • The first part of the payment should be paid right after the Customer receives the first payment link

* Company representatives reserve the right to refuse a Customer in splitting the payment if such a step might comprise successful Order fulfillment.

** If the installments are not issued within a specified time frame, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Order fulfillment until the due amount is received.

  1. Order can be paid via Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer (payment via this method may take up from 3 to 14 business days) and/or Personal Credit Balance.
  2. The Company’s platform for all payments is PayPal, which requires the Customer to go through PayPal check-out in Order to pay for the Order; To pay for the Order using Credit Card, the Customer is required to fill in the PayPal form. Such actions will not create a permanent PayPal account, but are required to proceed with a one-time transaction.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any technical or procedural issues that may occur while the payment is processed by PayPal. These may include, but are not limited to:
  • The payment falling under PayPal Review, which means the payment is not released until the investigation by PayPal is done.
  • The payment being done via E-check (electronic check), which is an electronic version of a paper check used to make payments online. It can take up to 10 days for an E-check to get delivered.
  • Technical issues with the PayPal platform or Customer’s Bank.

If the transaction fails, the Customer should check the balance on his/her card, online purchase restrictions and card validity before contacting the Support Staff for assistance.

IV. Order Procedure

All orders placed by the customer are processed following the payment. The Company reserves the right to assess and evaluate the details of the order to perfectly match all the requirements set by the customer. This includes:

  1. Verification of the Order: The Company will verify all details and order requirements.
  2. The volume of the Order: The final product should be in line with the required volume of the order placed by the customer.
  3. Any changes or information updates: Should there be any changes in the details of the order or any information that needs to be updated, the customer is responsible for informing the assigned writer or customer support.
  4. Research Materials and Resources: Customers must provide the company all research materials and resources of information that need to be used in writing the paper.
  5. Communication Exchange Between Customer and Writer or Company Support: We urge customers to communicate with the assigned writer or customer support all throughout the writing process.
  6. Progress Updates: The Company never fails to update customers about the progress of their order. Customers are also able to track the development of their orders.
  7. Choose the Perfect Writer: We always try to match the best writer to write the order but customers are also given an option to choose the writer they prefer.

V. Order Delivery

  1. AwardedEssays agrees to be held accountable for the delivery of the product on the deadline set by the customer, provided that all information given by the customer is correct.
  2. The customer is responsible for checking his/her account for the delivery of the product, as well as in downloading the product after it has been delivered.

VI. Revisions and Editing

  1. The company provides unlimited revisions of the final product to meet all requirements set by the customer during the initial placing of the order, as well as to satisfy them.
  2. The Company has all the rights to reject revision requests or to require additional payments if the request seemed unreasonable.

VIII. Product Use

  1. The Customer agrees to use the product for personal use only. All products ordered must not be distributed or reproduced in any form without the approval of the company.

IX. Company Responsibilities
